Do not use Doggie Day Trippers if you care about your dog and the security of your home. Karen, the owner, comes off as quiet and sweet at first meeting but that is all an act. She has her walkers overbooked so they did not show up for several appointments in a row and our dog (with separation anxiety) was left alone for hours, in her urine soaked crate. She apologized but it meant nothing - it kept happening. She allowed a walker who I had asked to be removed from our case, to have the KEY TO MY HOME AND GO BACK IN YET AGAIN TO WALK MY DOG. Her billing system is such that she has your credit card and can charge you whatever she seems to want to charge you - without your authorization. She stiffed us money when we left and never returned phone calls. This is a terrible, terrible company and she should be out of business.
